TO BE CONSIDERED FOR EMPLOYMENT BY DHC YOU MUST COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING STAGES


  • Negative TB test

  • Application (filled out in person, see things to bring below)

  • Group Interview Process

  • Reference & Work Verification Screening

  • Fingerprint & Background Check

  • DHC University (Internal Orientation & Training)




IMPORTANT INFORMATION YOU MUST HAVE and BRING TO APPLY


  • California ID or Driver's License, Social Security Card or Proper Employment Identification Documents

  • Certifications

  • Professional references

  • Car Insurance, Vehicle Registration, and DMV record print out (if you drive)

  • Proof of TB Testing or Xray within the last 3 months (we will provide you with a list of free locations to get TB testing if you do not have this, but it is a requirement for working for Divine Home Care)
